Sometimes, coping with a break up isn’t that difficult and you can move forward without a backward glance, but most of the time, you feel as though your world has been turned upside down. You have to reestablish yourself as a single person and reconnect with friends and family who may have become estranged from you because of your relationship.

Ideally, this should be done by you and your partner together so as to make it as painless as possible.
